1.   It was not made clear on web site when booking the Motor Inn was so far out of Los V no shuttle bus would service -had to catch cabs , also next to Air Force base with loud Jet Noise- would never have booked had we been aware. Toilet clogged up. Plastic plates/cutlery for b/fast. Staff memebr refused to provide at least cereal for b/fast for early morning start for a tour, which was due to being so far out of town. Older lady staff memebr only person which gave very good customer service Reviewer has requested to be kept anonymous.
